These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided through it (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Amberbuzz Consulting Oy, a company registered in Finland (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Amberbuzz Consulting Oy provides Augmented Career Mentoring, which may include:

  • one-to-one mentoring sessions

  • self-guided reflection exercises and frameworks

  • digital tools, templates, and workspaces

  • optional AI-supported prompts and drafting tools

  • supporting materials related to career development and professional direction

The Service is intended to support reflection, learning, and informed decision-making.
Outcomes are not guaranteed. Career decisions are personal and contextual, and different people will experience different results.

2. Mentoring Disclaimer

The Service is provided in a mentoring and developmental capacity only.

It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as:

  • psychological or psychiatric treatment

  • medical advice

  • legal advice

  • financial or investment advice

  • regulated professional counselling where a protected title applies

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • you will use the Service lawfully and responsibly

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • misuse or interfere with the Service

  • attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

  • copy, resell, or redistribute content without permission

  • use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Accounts, Access & Availability

Some parts of the Service require account access.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify, suspend, or discontinue features

  • perform maintenance or updates

  • restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Fees are communicated on the website or agreed separately in writing.

Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Refunds are offered in accordance with the terms communicated at the point of purchase.
Where applicable, refunds may:

  • exclude sessions already delivered

  • be subject to reasonable notice periods or conditions

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights under Finnish or EU law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including text, exercises, frameworks, templates, tools, and branding — remains the intellectual property of Amberbuzz Consulting Oy or its licensors.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your personal use only.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to process that content solely to deliver and support the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

9. AI-Supported Features

Some features use AI-supported tools to assist with reflection, pattern-spotting, or drafting.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate

  • AI-generated content is not professional advice

  • you are responsible for how you interpret and use outputs

AI tools are used only to support the services you actively choose to use.

10. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how personal data and cookies are handled.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amberbuzz Consulting Oy from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the website.
